Rights and rolls in PROPLAN
The PROPLAN user interface is applied differently depending on the assigned rights for the users

| Administrator | - Write access to all projects

| Projectmanager+ | - Write access to all projects
- Can create new projects
|
| Projectmanager | - Write access to a project if he is deposited as a project manager in the project data
- Reading access on all projects
|
| Team member | - Reading access on all projects
|
| Datenpfleger | Data maintainer can edit projects items (exception deletion of documents, fulfillment criteria, stages), checklist and Management Summary for all projects
|
Note: Access rights can also be restricted to the project type.
