Rights and rolls in PROPLAN

The PROPLAN user interface is applied differently depending on the assigned rights for the users

User	Rights and rolls in PROPLAN
Administrator	Write access to all projects access Access to Admin admin functions (Gear icon top right e. g. User user administration , and master key points)
Projectmanager+	Write access to all projects Can create new projects
Projectmanager	Write access to a project if he is deposited as a project manager in the project data Reading access on all projects
Team member	Reading access on all projects
Datenpfleger	Data maintainer can edit projects items (exception deletion of documents, fulfillment criteria, stages), checklist and Management Summary for all projectsData administrator	Reading access of projects Write access to checklist and management summary Exception of deleting documents and measures

Note: Access rights can also be restricted to the project type.
