Rights and rolls in PROPLAN

The PROPLAN user interface is applied differently depending on the assigned rights for the users 

UserRights and rolls in PROPLAN
Administrator
  • Write access to all projects
  • Access to admin functions (Gear icon top right e. g. user administration and master key points)
Projectmanager+
  • Write access to all projects
  • Can create new projects
Projectmanager
  • Write access to a project if he/she is signated as a project manager in the project data
  • Reading access on all projects
Team member
  • Reading access on all projects
Data administrator

  • Reading access of projects

  • Write access to checklist and management summary

  • No permission to delete documents and measures

Note: Access rights can also be restricted to the project type.
